Three ways to schedule a carrier pickup
Navigate to the Pickups tab in WebShip and click Schedule Pickup.

Choose the carrier for your pickup from the carrier selection options.
Fill in the pickup details:

Click Submit to schedule the pickup. You will receive a confirmation with a confirmation number.
Your scheduled pickup will appear in the list view on the Pickups page with its confirmation number and status.
After selecting a shipping method on the Ship Page, toggle the This Shipment Requires Pickup switch.

Click Confirm and Print to print your labels. After confirmation, a form will appear prompting you to enter the pickup date and time.
Submit the pickup details and you will receive a confirmation. You can view the pickup details in the Pickups tab.
Navigate to the History tab and locate the shipment you need a pickup for.
Click the Actions dropdown on the shipment row and select Create Pickup. This will open the Schedule Pickup dialogue where you can configure the pickup parameters and submit.

If you need to cancel a scheduled pickup, navigate to the Pickups page, find the pickup in the list, and click the Cancel Pickup button.
You will be asked to confirm the cancellation before it is processed.
