Note: The ShipNsync feature is in beta. Keep in mind that there may be bugs and issues. Please give our team feedback on any issues you encounter to help us improve the feature.

This guide walks you through the steps to connect your Magento, WooCommerce, or Shopify store with WebShip, enabling seamless synchronization of orders and products.

Order Management in syncNship

The orders table displays the following information:

Platform (Channel)The E-commerce platform the order came from
Customer NameName of the customer who placed the order
Order DateWhen the order was placed
ProductsItems included in the order
Total QuantityTotal number of items in the order
Quantity ShippedNumber of items already shipped
Remaining QuantityNumber of items still to be shipped
Order IDUnique identifier for the order
StatusCurrent order status
Modify ShipmentOption to edit the shipment details

Modifying Shipments

Clicking on "Modify Shipment" next to an order allows you to edit the shipping details, including:

After adjustments, click "Get Rates" to choose a carrier, then save your settings.

Creating Shipping Labels

To create shipping labels, select the orders by checking the boxes next to the desired rows, then click the "Create Labels" button at the top of the page.

You can also use the Bulk Create Labels feature from the syncNship order list to generate labels for multiple orders simultaneously.

Your E-commerce store is now connected to WebShip. Orders will sync automatically through the syncNship page, and you can manage shipments and create labels right from your dashboard.
